To maintain and extend the Group we need your much appreciated donations. There are a number of ways in which to help us raise the funds we need to maintain the facilities we provide to people with MS, and these are described below.
You can donate directly to the Essex Well Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group by contacting us via one of the methods listed below:
Flat 14, Whitehouse Court, 158 Eastwood Road, Rayleigh, Essex SS6 7LZ.
Alternatively, simply download and complete a Gift Aid Form and send it to the address shown on the form.
If you are a UK taxpayer, the MSTG can reclaim tax under the Inland Revenue Gift Aid scheme. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, the centre will get an extra 25 pence from the Inland Revenue. For example, a gift of £10 from a UK taxpayer will be turned into £12.50. Imagine what a difference that makes – and it doesn’t cost you a thing!
The Giving Machine, a not for profit website, gives 75% of commission raised from shops/stores to charities/schools and keeps 25% for running costs. Over 360 UK leading shops to choose from – Amazon, Boots, Matalan, BHS, Gap, John Lewis, eBay, Tesco, Asda (there are 15 pages listed). Every purchase triggers a free donation; it doesn’t cost you any more, just keep shopping online as you do already but via this website and the shop will donate to our Charity via The Giving Machine. Please go online and join as a Giver, search the website for ESSEX WELL MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS THERAPY GROUP which is listed as domiciled in Dagenham as that is the registered address.
Ever fancied trying your hand at hang-gliding? Perhaps you’ve always wanted to run the London Marathon, or take part in a sponsored parachute jump……or perhaps your idea of a great time is climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in a good cause. Whatever the event that appeals to you, the MSTG is always grateful to, and appreciative of, people who take part in fundraising events in aid of the Essex Well Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group. Please feel free to make use of our Sponsorship Form.
A Legacy is probably the most effective single way to support. For more information on legacies, click legacy.
Whatever you choose to do, your support will make a positive difference to the lives of people living with MS.
